Betanna Payment Policy
Betanna operates online gaming services. This Payment Policy governs all deposits and withdrawals conducted on Betanna platforms and forms part of Betanna's Terms and Conditions. By making a payment to Betanna or requesting a withdrawal, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy and Betanna's applicable regulatory obligations.

Deposits
Minimum deposit per transaction: €25. Maximum deposit per transaction: up to €5,000, subject to payment method, currency, jurisdiction, and verification status. Some payment methods may carry lower or higher limits. Deposits credited to your Betanna account after successful processing by the payment processor and Betanna’s verification steps are complete. Where a deposit is reversed by a payment processor, card issuer, or bank, Betanna reserves the right to reverse the corresponding balance and may require further verification before accepting future payments.
- Third-party or anonymous funding; deposits from such sources may be rejected or reversed in Betanna’s discretion.
- Deposits funded with a card or payment method that subsequently fails verification may be reversed and may trigger additional checks on the associated account.
Withdrawals
Minimum withdrawal per request: €25. Maximum withdrawal per request: up to €5,000, depending on payment method and jurisdiction. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for funding unless Betanna approves an alternative in accordance with its policies.
